How to be a master in organization?

Don’t rush:

Incase if you have a lot of space to organize and you think you have to do it all at once, you may end up draining yourself. Relax! Don’t rush, organization is an art and less painstaking when done right. The key is start small.

Start small :

Handling everything at once is impossible but step by step one can manage things properly. For it you have to set your own priorities.

Priority list:

Make a list of your priorities and then assemble those things at one place. For example, if you are a writer and work from your home, you can start by cleaning your favorite corner and book shelf and by keeping your essentials like laptop, chargers, power bank and stationary items in your reach.
Similarly, by grouping your items according to your priority list you can arrange them daily in your free time.

Reduce :

Reduce your belongings and sort out things you don’t use. We often buy many unnecessary items which are now redundant and occupying huge spaces in our wardrobes, book shelves, kitchen, storeroom etc. Remove these items from your living place and reduce undue stress they are causing.

Discipline:

Organization can be sustained when right discipline is practiced. Develop a habit to keep things at their original place after you use it. This will make things less messy and more organized.

Self care:

When it comes to cleanliness and organization never miss self care. Self care makes you aware about your body, your needs and you focus on yourself. Ultimately we are charged up, full of energy  and can control situations around us.

Conclusion:

Our brain has a lot of things to do and  to focus on. We must strive to keep it relaxed and free for productive activities and matters of genuine importance. Organization and cleanliness can affect us deep psychologically, so a little effort in organizing small things can create big wonders.
What are you going to organize today?
